We won't invent numbers to look finished. What's already decided: you always bring your own AI provider — so you never pay us for tokens, and we never mark them up. You pay for the harness: the hosted experiences, the teams, and the surface your operation lives on. Early-access members lock founding terms.

- If you want to be sold the AI itself — we never resell inference. You bring your own provider; if "cheap tokens" is the goal, we're the wrong product.
- If one chatbot is enough — this is fleet-scale: directing many agents on real work. Below that, we're overkill.
- If you need a certified enterprise posture today — containment is real and provable; a compliance badge is not something we claim yet.
- If you can't touch a provider account at all yet — the guided newcomer on-ramp is being built in the open. It's our bar, and we'll say when we've cleared it.
